LeadHER Ambassador Program

Teen Ambassadors are high school girls who help design, lead, and share experiences for other girls. You’ll work with other teens and mentors to plan events, support your peers, and help shape what The Girls Collective offers.

This is more than volunteering — it’s leadership, creativity, and community.

What You’ll Do

As a Teen Ambassador, you will:

  • Help design workshops, wellness experiences, and events

  • Co-lead events and activities

  • Share ideas and feedback that shape our programs

  • Help promote events through social media and word-of-mouth

  • Uplift and support other girls in the Collective

  • Be part of real decision-making

  • Collaborate with other ambassadors and mentors

Ambassador Perks

As a Teen Ambassador, you’ll receive:

  • 👥 1-on-1 monthly coaching sessions with a Girls Collective leader 

Be A Teen Ambassador

    • One-year participation in the program (August - May) *Kick-off Retreat in July

    • Two meetings per month with the ambassador cohort (Every other weekend)

    • Additional collaboration or planning sessions leading up to events or programs when needed

    • Attending and supporting Girls Collective events and programs, where ambassadors help welcome participants, assist with activities, and contribute to creating a supportive environment

  • You’ll gain real-world experience in:
