More Than a Program — A Girls' Ecosystem

Most organizations offer girls a program. The Girls Collective offers something different: a pathway, one that begins the moment girls become most vulnerable and grows with them through every stage that follows.

Our Programs

The Pathway

We meet girls in middle school, right at the threshold of the years that matter most. We walk with them through high school. We celebrate them as they step into young adulthood. And we welcome them back as the mentors, leaders, and community builders who make everything stronger for the girls who come next.

Middle School

Girls enter The Girls Collective at the transition point where support matters most, building belonging, confidence, and self-awareness through HealthiHER Cohort and ConnectHER Circles.

High School

Girls deepen their growth through HER Series Workshops and ConnectHER Circles, and step into leadership through the LeadHER Teen Ambassador Program.

Young Adulthood

Girls graduate into the SistHERhood Advisory — an alumni and advisory community where they mentor younger girls, support The Girls Collective, and stay rooted in the community that shaped them.

The Ecosystem

Surrounding girls at every stage is a Collective of caring adults and community partners, each playing a distinct and essential role:

GuideHER Collaborative

Women facilitators, practitioners, and mentors who co-design and co-lead programs with girls. They bring lived experience, expertise, and a deep belief in what girls are capable of. They are not just teachers — they are learners too, shaped by every girl they walk alongside.

NurtureHER Community

A community for parents and caregivers who want to show up for the girls in their lives with greater intention and understanding. Families learn alongside their daughters and other families, gain tools to support them at home, and build relationships with caregivers who get it.

SistHERhood Advisory

Alumni and advisory ambassadors who have lived the Girls Collective journey and return to give back. They mentor younger girls, shape the future of the organization, and model what it looks like to lead with strength, compassion, and community.

SupportHER Network

Community partners, organizations, and businesses who invest in the mission of The Girls Collective and expand what's possible for girls through collaboration, sponsorship, and shared resources.
